Need advice on what to replace. I think it needs a new Electronic control Board

Main Symptom: control panel won’t work
What happens & when: Control panel lights up and beeps irratically and wont respond to control Knob or buttons. have to unplug unit to stop from beeping and panel from lighting up.

The control board is seeing some kind of input to make it act like that. That sounds like you’ve probably got a stuck button or buttons, or the control board 137006030 is failing, especially if it is happening as soon as the machine is plugged in. There’s a video on the page linked below for the control board going over how to access and replace the board, I’d take it out and make sure none of the buttons have gotten stuck before replacing the board.
