Hi,
My necklace chain is caught in the washer and I can see the pendant hanging out from underneath the agitator (see below). 
Any help on how I might be able to get it out would be greatly appreciated!

Remove the fabric softener dispenser from the top of the agitator and use a socket wrench with extension to reach down inside to remove the bolt. Pull the upper and lower agitator to gain access.
