Burn marks are pretty common on a range, and that Frigidaire FCRE3052BB is a solid model—so we should be able to get to the bottom of it. Let me ask you this: was it doing the same thing before you moved? If you’ve got an oven thermometer, go ahead and place it around the middle of the oven and turn it on.

There are a few things that can cause burning on the bottom, but before we chase those down, let’s get a little more info. Try that thermometer test and get back to me with what you find.

Have you read the owners manual:https://static.pcrichard.com/docs/FCRE3052BW_Owners-Manual_01.pdf

I have now lol thanks. I had not tried to figure out the burning on bottom of food. It really wasnt concerning to me at the time. I was thinking it might be the pan she uses etc. Then i was moving the unit to my new house and noticed the burn mark on the back so i took panel off and seen the insulation was singed also. Didnt see any apparent arcing near wires. I know you all get " the burning of bottom of food" a lot.

When i seen the other i was wondering if there may be a common connection between the two so i can know if i need to take it for a repair.

I will do this i havent wired it in yet but i will today or tomorrow and do what you suggested and report back. Thanks.
