My serial # fgmc3066ufb wall oven stopped working while in the middle of baking, no warning. The control panel does not light up, the attached microwave isn't affected. Could this be a fuse? Circuit breaker didn't pop off when oven quit

As the microwave and the oven share a fuse, the fuse would not be a cause of failure. However, since the microwave is operational, this is going to point to the likely failure being the main oven control or the user interface control. If a multimeter is available, and you would feel comfortable with testing for live voltage, the main oven control can be tested for voltage output at the connection J3. There should be a 13 Volts DC reading when testing the two outside wires. If voltage is not present, the main oven control would be the likely cause of failure. If voltage is present, the user interface control would be the likely cause of failure.

Where do I find the J3 and what color wires are they?

The connection J3 should be the yellow connector in between a green connector and a yellow connector as seen in this picture. The two wires that need to be tested are at each far end of the connector, the wiring schematic does not show what color the wires are.
