My Samsung washer, WF316LAS/XAA, will only drain intermittently

Main Symptom: Won’t drain consistently
What happens & when: The washer will drain sometimes but won’t make it through a full wash cycle without the ND error code. It also waits for long periods of time, I assume waiting for the drain cycle to complete. I checked for any obstructions from the tub through the drain hose and all is clear. Sometimes I can resume the wash or change to a different cycle (like “rinse and spin”), but more often than not it won’t drain or only drains for about one second.

Error Code (if any): ND
Parts or tests already tried: Replaced drain pump

When it should be but is not draining check for power to the drain pump, if none check power from the control.
