Hello, my refrigerator stays running and cold. I change the cold control but it didnt work can anyone tell me what part i need to order please.
Could you be a little more specific about what the issue is? I’m taking your post to mean that your unit’s compressor runs all the time and is too cold and that you changed the cold control and it didn’t solve the issue? Is that correct? If so, it likely needs the condenser coils behind/under the unit cleaned. Also make sure both the condenser fan and evaporator fan are running. Let me know how it goes!
