No, I do not see any glow when either bake or broil are on

Can you tell me what number the Relay Board is in the diagram. And are there instructions anywhere on how to remove it?
Item 195 on Body parts. it looks like it is in the back. Find the igniter and follow the wires to the board. I do not have directions on replacing this part, sorry.
