GE CAFE Model cDw9380n20ss skipping circulation cycles , just filling and draining happens immediately after the circulation pump tries to start. The circulation pump tries to start everytime and aborts after a small movement. The inlet valve, circulation pump. pressure sensor, float switch and water connection fittings are new. what can be the issue that cause the aborting of circulation? What happens & when:

That could be an issue with the main control board WD21X10367 which has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available for purchase. The manufacturer does not list a compatible substitute or replacement part.
Before condemning that control board I would use the mini manual for this model that I’ve attached below to perform some tests. Check that the motor shaft can be turned by hand and run the diagnostic service mode.
