Milk is freezing

I have had a “repair” guy out twice the 1st time he replaced the computer and the defroster… this last time he replaced some fan for 200.00 my milk is still freezing not sure what to do please help Thanks

Make sure the damper door is not jamed open, if ok, replace the fresh food thermistor, AP3185407, a long white item probably a part of the damper door wiring harness.

The damper door was wide open is there a way to check the connector plug or should I just buy a whol new switch assembly I think the thermistor is attached to the switch Thanks for the info

I would replace the damper assembly including thermistor, you can jam the door open half way till the new part comes in, use a wad of duck tape.

Thanks for the help it is greatly appreciated…

Well I replaced the damper unit and milk is still freezing (its set on 3 and factory settings are 5)… seems like the freezer runs none stop. Is it possible that the "repair guy " put the board in wrong??? It looks like it has a green jumper cable between the boards… My kids would like to eat their cereal without chunks of ice… Thanks
