My milk is freezing in my frig even with the temp set at 40. Can anyone help me PLEASE:confused:
The model number you posted does not come up. Is it American model? Verify and repost it, please.

If the ONLY thing that is freezing is the MILK, I’ll guess that its in the CENTER of the TOP SHELF, Rite in front of the DUCT that delivers the air from the freezer, MOVE the Milk to the side of the refer section and it should stop freezing!!!
I moved it to the door and it still froze last night. Plus the grape juice and soda are also freezing.
If the unit is under a year old, just call a Sears tech and get it fixed under warranty. Sounds like it could be damper control problem to me. But I don’t know who makes the 765 model, if the number posted is accurate.

the 765 is one of the newer LG made series. this sounds like an upper vent is stuck open. this series also (like the newer ge’s use a multi speed evap fan motor. hold the door switches and listen for fan speed ( usualy fairly easy to tell if it is in high speed. if it is less than a year old call sears for warrenty service
