An attempt was made by purchasing a new drain pump, capacitor, non-return valve and the pressure switch. I have reset the machine to factory specs. The drain pump is suspect even though it’s only a year old. When the machine is running it doesn’t spin smoothly. Very erratic. Lots of questions not many answers. Help would be appreciated.
Does the dishwasher fill with water and not drain or is it not filling with water at all?
Since the last posting yes, the dw fills with water. The main pump does its job by sending water through the sprayers but when it comes time to pump the water out. The drain pump comes on but nothing comes out the drain hose.
Since the drain pump has been replaced, the issue is most likely going to be a kinked drain hose or a clog. This could be a clog in the drain hose, a clog in the connection point at the sink, etc..
