USA power is 115 volts at 60 hertz.
The unit should have a standard USA type plug/cord on it.

Note: that a fridge uses a fair amount of current so you cannot have a lot of other things on that line.

What I wanted to know is can I plug this mini fridge into any AC outlet in my (NYC) apartment? Would it work if plugged into any AC outlet? I understand it is 115v. Someone told me all NYC AC outlets are 110V. Someone else said no, that all NYC AC outlets are 120V. Someone else said there is no difference and that all NYC AC outlets are really 120V and that 110; 115; 117 and 120 are all the same. That is why I was confused and wondering if I can plug this mini-fridge into any outlet in my apartment?
Is that clearer?
(The mini-fridge has three prong plug and the AC wall outlet has 3 holes.

110; 115; 117 and 120 volts are not all the same but when it comes to running an appliance it does not matter.
All North American appliances will run OK on a 110 volt circuit.
