Middle element on 3-element burner not heating on GE Profile PS950SF2SS

Model Number: PS950SF2SS
Brand: GE
Age: More than 10 years

My trouble-free GE range now has a problem. The center element of the 12-inch 3-element burner is not heating.

A repair shop came out and replaced the burner. The middle element is still not heating.

They say the problem is the control panel. PROBLEM: the control panel is no longer available, not even pre-owned on Ebay.

Questions:

1 - is there a source for this item [part # WB27X21437] that I haven’t thought of?

2 - is there a possible setting change or relay replacement that could address this issue? [note, it took the techs a couple tries to wire the burner into the board correctly]

Thanks – Bob

It would not likely be an issue of the control panel if the others are coming on. Either the element has a faulty ribbon on it or the control board is faulty. The control board would be the more likely issue for this. It has the relays for the element on it. GE WB27T11356 Board Pcb Asm (MERLIN3) (AP5646440) - AppliancePartsPros.com
