The switches are shown as number 1446 in the picture below. Since you have no way to test them, you can replace them both or purchase a test meter. The switches are the same and are available at the link below. As a precaution, there is a potential hazard while servicing, even while unplugged! The large capacitor can hold a charge for a long time after unplugging. If you are not comfortable with this, I would not recommend servicing this microwave yourself.
