My microwave stopped heating. The container heats up a bit after a long time, but the contents does not. We purchased a transformer, but it did the exact same thing. There is no associated smell. Lights, controls, etc., all work. Any idea what our next try would be? We’ve thought the magnetron, although could that be with no smell?? Our other thought is a sensor. Thanks for any help you can give us. I really like this microwave.
Same here. WE have a GE browning microwave which is about 1 year old and it just stopped heating. Could it be the magnetron?
