Microwave display not working

Hi,
The touch pad works and you can microwave items that you know the cooking time for.

The digital display is not working. There is not clock or input time displayed.

What part do I need to order to correct the non functioning display?

Sounds like the problem is a bad control board.

I am having the same issue where the microwave work but no lights on the display what part do I need to order..

Hi Dee,

Most likely the problem is a bad smart (control) board. Call the APP customer service for availability.
