I am trying to replace a timer part in this appliance. I removed the panel; and took out the screws for the old timer. My problem is how to pull out the muliticolored wire connections which are in one plastic holder and the other set of two blue wires. Are there special tools needed for this? How do I proceed? Thanks
Hello. The molex wire connectors connected to the timer has clips on them. If you release the clips, the connectors will pull off the timer terminals. Hope this helps.

Thank you, we are still having trouble getting the molex wire connector pulled from the old timer. The clips seems to be attached to the molex and we do not want to break them off. Is there some type of tool that would make it easy to pull the molex from the timer?
We are almost there, but it is so frustrating not to be able to pull this wire connection part from the old timer.
Thank you so much
You can try using an Ice pick to relese the clips and remove the wires. Hope this helps.
Thanks, we were very eager to do this and since we did not hear back we tried another online help service and they recommended a similar solution–a thin-edged screw driver which worked. The timer is back in and we have been using the washing machine. We are happy to have bought the part from your store. Thank you
Thank you for the business! Glad we could help!
