Check voltage at the power cord and terminal block, 120 between black and white, 120 between red and white, 240 between black and red. If the element is good and the high limits on the side of the element housing are good. That leaves the timer and the motor. Check voltage at the BU terminal on the timer with it on and running and set to a heat setting, you should read 120 volts. or, disconnect the black wire from the element, check the Brown wire with it running, you should read 120 volts.
I have fixed it. I found wires off the timer and heater terminals. Thanks for the information.
