Problems started with F11 error code. Changed the MCU, no codes but clothes very wet after completing spin cycle. Changed motor and belt, but no improvement. Any suggestions?
These models are incredibly difficult to diagnose. The first thing, if you did not already do so, is to check the pump and drain hoses. If they are okay see if there are tech notes inside the lower service panel or under that top that will allow you to put it into diagnostic mode or retrieve error codes. Also, the problem can be in the door lock assembly or in the associated wiring.
