Although I am not sure I think your connector will basically be the same.
So if you look at the back side of the metal connectors you will see a little tab t6hat stick up. this is what holds the connector in the plastic cover. You will need a thin piece of plastic or metal or a jewelers screwdriver to push into the cover and release the metal connectors. The connector should them push out of the cover.
Then take the metal connector to a electronics supply house or a hardware store (Home Depot) etc and get replacements,
Then push the wires through the cover.
Crimp on the new connectors.
Push them back into the cover till they lock in.
Then you should be good as new.
