Main Symptom: switch actuator burn out

What happens & when: I’ve replaced the switch actuator twice, and all worked well each time for 3 months. then it burned out. i did notice a little material build up under the drive motor (small flywheel, not splutch). the flywheel has a little play in it. Can this be causing my switch actuator to burn out ?

Error Code (if any): N/A
Parts or tests already tried: i replaced the switch actuator , and replaced the splutch kit

That could be an issue with the gearcase W11454734, if you try shifting the splutch by hand is it difficult or catching before it goes into position? Try it in a few different spots by rotating shaft to make sure.
