When I start a cycle, the tank doesn’t fill up. The water goes straight out through the drain pump and out the drain hose.
I recently took the drain pump apart, but I put it back together just the way it was.
Please help.

Have you got your drain hose just laying flat and draining horizontally, or going into a standpipe or sink at about the same height as the washer?
If it’s laying horizotally, that’s your problem.

Same problem but my hoses are not flat - it goes up into a drain. Can anyone help?
