Maytag washer will not fill on cycle start will only fill on rinse cycle, on all settings (reg, delicates, easy care)??

Looking at the timer diagram on models similar to yours suggest that the timer is the problem, since the cam and contacts are the same for all fill functions on all cycles.

I would replace the timer and see if that does not solve your problem. I would also call in the order with your serial number to make sure you get the right one.
