Hello I broke of the dial of the washer-
ordered new replacement board-plugged in & the washer would only work on normal wash-no other options.
So I thought the board was bad-
ordered another one more expensive-still only working on normal wash.
the other options work, water temp etc-not related to the dial
regarding the features of the dial, rinse & spin, rapid wash, etc
nothing else lights up on the dial. only normal wash.
can you tell me what is wrong.

Your model number is incomplete or invalid and which board did you replace there’s 3 in most units? First off check all connections to the main board and continuity test the wires to make sure you don’t have any broken or damaged wires. Also did you line up all the plastic clear parts and put any springs for the buttons back in place if there was some? This will limit your abilities considering your unit is push button and dial type. More then likely you got a faulty part to begin with since you said you physically broke a piece off maybe the new piece isn’t compatible with what you need or it’s a universal part that doesn’t work with your model but does with most.
Hello I replaced the complete panel under the dial-
comes as one part, has 1 plug only plugs in 1 way.
