What happens & when: try to start a cycle and it does it’s sensing but then after 15 sec it buzzes 5 x and then says it is done and drains. No water came out, no sensing happened, no cycle started

With that buzzing I’d actually suspect the motor capacitor AP6973143. Try something before replacing that, just to be safe. Try running a Clean Washer cycle.
If it does the exact same thing then I’d replace the capacitor.
If it starts filling and seems like it is going to actually run the Clean Washer cycle you’ve got a blockage in your pressure system. Easy fix, cancel the cycle, add a cup of white vinegar or an Affresh pack, select Clean Washer again and let it run through, that’ll usually take care of it.
