I’m having trouble getting the inside oven light cover off to replace the bulb. I guess the glass cover unscrews, but it only turns a little, and won’t come off. Any hints or suggestions?

Usually what happens is the lens sticks, then you start to spin the bulb holder assembly. If that is the case, usually your only option is to use some needle nosed pliers to hold onto the edge of the socket while you turn the lens. You may be able to get past the point it is stuck without damaging the holder, but if not, the holder may need to be replaced as well.
Try warming the oven up and then while warm remove the lens
Watch that you do not burn yourself
Odds are high that you will anyway, I usually do.
