Serial # 10588328GJ I am looking for a manual for my washer? Also the trouble I am having is it want complete a spin, the water just keeps running into the machine. I have to turn the water vavlues off them put the machine on spin only to let it spin out for 9 more minutes. Who has time for this? It also, when it does decide to spin, it’s very loud and shakes badly! I have had trouble with this washer since the day I bought it from a friend of mind. I don’t blame her, but she could have told me. Could someone please help. Thanks, Debbie
This is a very troubled model and hopefully you don’t have too much money in it since you got it used. I would replace it, but if you want to take a look at it, here is a site that may have service manual for you to download.

I have a very simialr set of problems on my neptune model 9700 washer. I bought it knowing it needed repair but was told it only needed a motor. It will not spin and replacing the pancake type motor did not fix the problem. Does anyone need a nice boat anchor ? It is a very clean beautiful washer that will not work and it appears it will cost $3 to $500 more to fix it. Anyone else have one of these Samsung /Maytag models and how did you fix it ?
