Maytag mvw7232hw0 - stuck in sensing

Main Symptom: stuck in sensing
What happens & when: I start the cycle and the lid locks, the small agitator in the bottom of the drum moves, it says sensing then says washing complete. The drum does not move and no water is dumped into the drum.

Error Code (if any): F7E4
Parts or tests already tried: reset, run diagnostics

The error F7E4 indicates that there is a shifter failure, which can cause this issue. If you access the motor section and remove the rotor, is there any issues with the clutch? W10734521 Clutch | Genuine Whirlpool OEM In Stock
