If the cycle seems to be working then you’ve got a pressure system issue. Just add some Affresh or a cup of white vinegar to the Clean Washer cycle and let it run through, that should take care of it.
If that cycle isn’t working either, you’re looking at replacing the lower wiring harness, then the main control board if the harness didn’t fix it.
At that point, if the gearcase, clutch, harness, and control don’t fix it, then the manufacturer might declare the unit as non-repairable. I know this from experience with them. This particular issue is an absolute pain and sometimes cannot be fixed.
Thanks for the reply I tried the clean cycle nothing changed, the agitator tries to spin but only slowly and not smoothly. I ordered the main control board as I see under the touch panel it’s got a burn mark potentially its the board bit I’ll look at the harness as well. Do you know if a good way to test that with an ohm meter? This is what I’m finding. I had read some where on here a larger weakend or not working capacitor can be replaced and could cause this problem in the board
There are no tests like that for this board on this issue. If the board is damaged it needs to be replaced, there are no indi9vidually serviceable parts on that board. I would suggest replacing the harness as well.
