Parts or tests already tried: tried replacing heating element didnt help, tried high limit sensor didnt help, tried cycle sensor didnt help, tried thermal fuse didnt help. at a loss here

Set the dryer to timed dry and hi heat. Use a multimeter to ensure you have a full 240vac to the dryer (L1 to L2). Then check for 120VAC from neutral to A on the timer. Ensure with the multimeter the thermal fuse, operating stat and hi limit are good. If all this is good and still no 240VAC to the heating element, you will need to check the centrifugal switch in the motor.
