Dryer will not run, timer works but does not turn on. had an appliance repair man come said had power to motor but motor will not run said had to replace motor. replaced motor and still does not work

Check for continuity the thermal fuse (#22 on the diagram).

i checked the ohms on all they came back less than 1 except 22 came back at 16.35 k ohms

The normal reading suppose to be about 0 Ohms. Did you remove the wires from the thermal fuse prior to run the test?
