Should I replace gearbox or clutch?

Parts or tests already tried: when moving basket motor turns. Belt is not frayed.

If the motor is running, the motor is not the problem. Make sure the other settings are not set for a gentle wash. Other than that, it would be the control board.

Motor is running. I thought it might be gear or clutch.

Ordered the gear case. Watched video. Removed the bolt, agitator will not come out.

Suggestions?

Try removing the bolts holding the gearcase, and when you pull the gearcase out, it should pull the shaft off the agitator. You are just working from the bottom.
