Main Symptom: half the buttons don’t respond
What happens & when: I changed my settings to light soil for the first time just to do a light load and what a mistake! Now I am unable to reset it to normal soil. I unplugged the machine for 20 min to hopefully reset and it did, but the next day it was set back to light soil. I ran a load on light soil and it worked fine but some lights started flashing on the panel for normal soil, heavy soil, rinse, signal, delicates, and hand wash, during my load. The load was running just fine. I believe those flashing buttons are the exact buttons I can’t activate. Anyway, I typically leave it at normal soil and have never had this issue before. I don’t know if it will reset again without replacing something. Is there a way to properly reset or test the led panel?

Thanks for getting back to me. From my description does it sound like it’s a problem with the console/membrane for sure or might it be the control panel it connects to?

Unfortunately it could be either (that the problem with a surge or brown out electrical issue.
The real issue is the part have been discontinued.
