I was running my machine and at the 32 minute mark it stopped working. The display was still lit. When I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, The lights came back on but didn’t turn on. Is there a diagnostic or reset sequence I can put the unit before considering replacing the board? Or am I missing something?
I have the same problem only my machine wasn’t running, it lites up and only beeps when pushing touch pad, on advice of tech, I replaced the door latch kit and when that didn’t work I replaced control board, to no avail, at the advice of the same tech. If you take the control panel head off inside it is a service mode instruction list,that tells you how to run service test on you maytag front load. Only this didn’t help in my case for I’m not able to get my machine to do anything but beep. Your washer should be under warranty ,so if you find out what was wrong please re-post for I already have 400 in parts and labor and still not fixed Good Luck
