Maytag Freezer and Fridge not getting cold enough

What happens & when: There was some frost around Freezer thermostat, I melted it with a blow dryer, restarted it still will not go below 34. What should I try next?

i replaced the defrost thermostat and checked for frost none present. what should i try next?

Check to ensure the compressor and the condenser and evaporator fans are running.
If all three are running and there is no frost pattern on the evaporator at all, you likely have a sealed system issue. Sealed system issues will require an EPA-certified technician to complete these repairs.
