Just Replaced Control Board and receive fault code “A1” and it’s not listed in their manual, Any HELP??? Thanks:confused:

[COLOR=black]I’m an owner of three of the machine with some hands on experience and I have worked many hundreds of post across 5 different forums and have never seen that fault code for the FAV6800A or FAV9800A TL’s. [/COLOR]

Thank you for answering, The Bleach and Softner dispensers were not working. I replaced the valves and they still didn’t work, so I replaced the board and the machine appears to work. My wife is trying it again now. The code “A1” is there, but the machine seems to be working???
I have no clue maybe a repair tech on this forum may have seen this error code in the past with a Maytag Neptune FAV6800A TL.
Stumbled on this searching for a clue I’ll give it a try in the morning but it may yield nothing;

I would go into Service Mode and clear the Diag Codes from the machine. Then on the next A1 error code generation look thru the Diag Code blocks and see if any get turned on/set.
