MAYTAG/Dryer time limits

I recently replaced the control board on a stacked washer dryer combo, the washer half works fine, but the dryer came with a preset dry time of only 5 minutes irregardless of which cycle I select, I need to change the dryer time to 50 minutes and no one on gods green earth can tell me how, my feeling is that i may have recieved the wrong control board and the 5 minutes is for use in a coin op laundromat, but I am not running a laundry, anyone, anywhere have any idea??? MAYTAG has been NO HELP!!!

What is the part number of the control board you installed?

The part number for the control board is AP4044075

The control board with this part number is no longer available. When did you order it?

I just ordered it from appliance parts pro, it was a special order and took 5 weeks to receive, it was identical to the existing board, although my feeling is that there is some variance in it that is the reason for the 5 minute dryer time (for use in a coin op laundry perhaps) the previous board allowed a 50 minute dryer time which worked well for us, but as it appears identical and has no DIP switches or any other means of adjusting time I wondered if there was a button “key in” procedure to adjust it?

As far as I know it does not need any programming after installation. It’s hard to diagnose this problem remotely. I’m afraid you have to hire a pro for it.
