Attached is a picture. I changed the cord from a 3 to 4 prong and want to make sure it is correct. Someone let me know.

Sorry but it does not look correct to me.
Looks like the ground strap from the Neutral (center connector on the terminal strip) is still there and it should be removed.

Remove the ground strap and then connect your green from the line cord where the ground strap was connected. Make sure the white/Neutral do not touch the ground strap or the machine frame.
