I am having issues with my dishwasher not wanting to start most of the time. A good while back some of the lights quit working on the keypad but it washer still worked fine, but now most of the time it won’t start when you press the start button. Sometimes we can come back a little while later and press it again and it might start, sometimes. So do you think I need to replace the keypad panel or could it be the circet board thing inside the black box inside the front door. Thanks
It sounds like you have a bad key pad. There is a way of testing the ribbon connector on your board, but you will need a multi-meter and micro leads to do this. If you have these tools then I will be glad to help you with the test to be 100% sure. If the unit will work sometimes and sometimes it won’t, that is usually the keypad failing. The part number you will need is AP4365240
