Maytag dishwasher problems

My dishwasher will fill but the wash and drain cycles won’t turn on – just clicking noise. I removed control board and found 2 resistors were hot to touch and the board was discolored where they are located (R301 & R302)

It looks like they could be the problem. Do I need to replace the whole board or can I just replace the resistors. Where can I find a new control board if it needs to be replaced? There is a number on the board 60D20960401. Thank you for your service.

I would check the following first

You would have to replace the board.
The resistors are probably OK since they are heating up somewhat, we know current is going through them.
I cannot get schematics of the boards so cannot troubleshoot down to component level on them.
I would remove the plug from the motor and check it with a meter to ensure the windings are OK.
Also check that it is not jammed up.
