This service manual will show you how to remove the front panel.
I have. It seems the leak is from the bottom of the plastic tub.
Could it be the seal from the bearing or the seal under the stainless tub?
Based on your experience, Should I change all seals and the bearing?
What would be approx. cost?

If you do not have one call APP and see if they have the older parts available that would work with your model.
You will also need special tools.
Given the complexity and cost of this job you may want to consider replacing the machine.
You may want to be certain you can successfully remove the outer tub hub from the machine before ordering parts. Itβs most likely seized on and will never come off. I made this mistake after spending the $96.00 for tub seal kit. Will now return the parts and put the money towards a new washer.
