Main Symptom: water fills slow from hot for a year now the cold is only filling about 1/3 the time it usually takes.

The first place to start would be to pull the hoses and make sure that the screens are clean. If the screens are not clean then you would need to clean the screens out. If the screens are not clogged then the valve would need to be replaced. To do this you would remove the front panel by taking the screws out at the bottom of the front panel. Once removed pull the front panel off and then remove the screws that hold the main top. Once the 2 screws are removed you can lift it and access the water valve.
