My magic chef refrigerator is freezing everything. Even when we lower the temperature my milk and iced tea pitcher are frozen solid. I am not sure what the problem could be. Please Help.

Check the freezer temperature. it should be between 0 and 5 degrees F. If lower it could be that the temperature control thermostat is toast.
Also the damper (item 11 in section 05) controls the amount of cold air entering the fresh food compartment. Check that the louver works.
