Lower oven will not heat up

Main Symptom: lower oven will not heat up
What happens & when: oven will state it is preheating but element will not heat up at all

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried:replaced the heating element, thermal block, swapped the thermostats around lower still did not work (upper still did) even put old lower element into top oven (it still worked there) it worked perfectly fine then just wouldn’t turn on the next time

This could be caused by the double line break relay or the appliance relay control based on what has already been done. If you have the oven pulled out enough to access the appliance relay control, it can be tested for voltage output using the black wire at connection T4 pin 1 and the red wire at connection T5 pin 3 if a multimeter is available. With the power supply on, a bake cycle can be started. Does the voltage read as 240 Volts AC or does it read as 0 Volts AC?

It looks to have been the thermal fuse.
