Main Symptom:Loud whining/squealing while draining
What happens & when: While draining there is a loud whining noise. There is no noise during agitating or spinning, just while draining.

Error Code (if any):n/a
Parts or tests already tried: Ensured internal & external drain lines are clear. Ensured pump is not blocked. Noticed pump rotor is very tight to rotate. How freely should the pump rotor spin? Could this be the issue?

Per the description it sounds like you have something hung in the impeller of the pump or a bad pump.
