I lost a necklace in the washer. I was wondering if you can tell me how to maybe find it. I checked the

The model number is : WFW4720RW0

This model does not have an access panel at the bottom to get into the pump. You would need to remove the top, the console, and the entire front panel to get to the pump clean out. If it has made it through the tub drain to the pump, this is where it would have landed. It is just a time-consuming process to get to the pump on this model.

My son found it in pump clean out on front of the washer. I did another load of laundry and the water moved it to the clean out.
