washing machine fills up and agitates well but once it goes to drain it stops completely leaving machine filled with water and it won’t drain on any cycle nor will it spin.
I purchased a new lid switch but dont know how to access it.
Can i remove the top without moving the unit.
The washer dryer is in a purpose built location with no room on either side, i dont think i can pull it out from the wall but if i need to i need to know wha to do next.
If you remove the panel above the lid, you will see a retaining clamp on each side. Pry these off, then slide the washer top forward and remove.
