LG Washer Stops between Rinse and Spin

Using Cotton, Heavy, Bright Whites or any cycle that has more than 1 hour it pauses or stops between Rinse and Spin with 13 minutes left on clock. Speed wash or tub clean it completes the cycle no problem. When it does stop working the tub has water in it. If I shut the machine off and turn it back on to just drain and spin it just sits there in limbo land. It I drain all the water out then the cycle continues. This works if gets stuck on the wash or if I set it to spin cycle to drain. From what I read because it doesn’t drain the problem is the water pump. I have a hard time believing this, because the pump drains the water from the wash cycle Ok. It just gets stuck between rinse and spin. Is there a check on the PCB I can do when it gets stuck, or is there a sensor I’m missing that activates the water pump. Appreciate your thoughts, John

Using different cycles trying to figure out the problem. It appears that cycles under 1 hour time seem to work fine. The cotton/normal cycle did complete the cycle but the second load of wash on cotton/normal stop at 13 minutes left. which is between rinse and spin, had to drain the tub manually to have machine complete cycle. Anyone out there have an idea what to look for. Thanks John
