Main Symptom: Will not spin
What happens & when: Faults when manual spin is attempted.
The drum spins freely by hand. Tried to run a Spin cycle after the fault was noted. It will spin slowly for about 2 rotations and stops. Makes a “for lack of a better term” growling noise when spinning. After that, when it tries to spin, the tub looks like it tries to spin. It moves about an inch and holds for a few seconds then releases and going back that 1 inch. It tries this 3 times before faulting and posting the LE code. Suspect the Stator is bad. Thoughts?
