Main Symptom:Not making ice
What happens & when:Water not coming out of fill line to fill ice cube tray. Hit reset- ice maker appears to operate properly but no water to fill up tray. Water is frozen at the point where it would dump out of the fill line. The water supply is on and appears to be good pressure going to the refrigerator.

Based on the description you will need to thaw the frozen line and will likely need to replace the water inlet valve.

Whats the best way to thaw? Unplug the fridge for a while? Use a blow dryer?
